MORNING IN THE WIOE LISTENING AREA

* Visibility one quarter mile or less at times in dense fog.

* Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and
  northwest Ohio.

* Rapidly changing visibility could make driving
  conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of fog will persist into the morning
  commute in many locations. Rapidly changing visibilities, as low
  as a few hundred feet, may occur at times resulting in hazardous
  conditions. This could become more widespread near or shortly
  after sunrise before lifting by mid morning.
