In observance of Memorial Day, City of Warsaw offices will be closed Monday, May 27th. Monday’s trash route will be serviced Tuesday, May 28th. All other routes will remain the same.

Dionne Warwick

A new R&B album from Grammy-award winning music icon Dionne Warwick was released on Friday.

The album, titled She’s Back, features new songs as well as remastered hits from her 1998 album, Dionne Sings Dionne.

Warwick, who was honored with the Grammy’s Lifetime Achievement Award, is the most charted female vocalist with 69 singles.

In a recent interview, the 78-year-old R&B legend said she has no intention of slowing down her music career and insisted that she will always do her part for AIDS research.

“We lost so many people, especially within our industry, hairdressers, makeup people, cameramen, lighting people, so many in the areas that revolved around my profession. I will continue to do my part as long as it’s around,” she told People.

Rolling Stones

Rolling Stones have unveiled re-scheduled dates for their upcoming “No Filter” tour of U.S. and Canada.

“All of the cities from the previously postponed shows are locked in, starting at Soldier Field in Chicago on June 21 and including a brand new date in New Orleans,” the rock band said on its website.

The Stones were originally supposed to begin the tour on April 20 in Miami, but it was postponed due to frontman Mick Jagger’s heart surgery,

Stevie Nicks

Stevie Nicks has donated an autographed a Sennheiser microphone to The Girls Rock Reverb Gives Auction.

Nicks was one of several artists from across the music industry who came together to support ten non-profits that empower female, transgender, and gender non-conforming youth through music.

The Girls Rock Reverb Gives Auction will launch on May 21 and run for a week.

The auction will feature used or signed music gear, concert tickets and VIP experiences, memorabilia, and more.

Elton John

Elton John has released “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again,” a duet with Taron Egerton. The song is featured on the upcoming album Rocketman: Music From the Motion Picture, due for release on May 24.

The song, written by John and Bernie Taupin, will appear in John’s biopic Rocketman, co-produced by Greg Kurstin and Giles Martin, and run over the film’s closing credits.

“I’m gonna love me again, check in on my very best friend,” John and Egerton sing in chorus.

Egerton portrays John in the biopic, which opens in theaters on May 31.
